Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are already being processed and cannot be canceled.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may follow our return policy below.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email nogcstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong Item Received

- If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange the correct item for you.

3. Unwanted Items (Buyer’s Remorse)

- If you change your mind or no longer want the product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery at your own expense. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost.

4.Surfaces Not Suitable for Suction

Our suction-based products require specific surfaces to function properly. If your surface is not suitable for suction, we are not responsible for returns. Please review our installation guide before purchasing.

5. Return Process

- Before returning any item, you must contact us at nogcstore@gmail.com to receive return authorization. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

What if some parts are broken or lost?

If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.

Please note:

If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free.

However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend that you first try to repair the damaged part with glue - in most cases, this should be enough to fix the problem. If the part(s) are not easily repairable or have been lost, please feel free to contact us for a replacement. You only need to pay for shipping, and your new part(s) will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
